Relate Africa is committed to breaking the stigma around mental health and providing accessible support to those in need. Our Mental Health Program offers structured counseling services, educational resources, and community outreach to promote emotional well-being and mental stability.

Our Mental Health Services

1. Individual Counseling:
Personalized one-on-one sessions with certified counselors to address stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

2. Group Therapy:
Safe, confidential group sessions that provide support, guidance, and coping strategies for common mental health challenges.

3. Community Workshops:
Workshops focused on mental health awareness, stress management, and conflict resolution.

4. Counseling Academy:
Training and certification for aspiring counselors, equipping them with the skills to provide professional mental health support.

5. Youth and Adolescent Support:
Specialized programs to help young people navigate emotional challenges, peer pressure, and self-esteem issues.
